We are not committed to, and are not obliged to use, an alternative dispute resolution body.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is deliberately not linked: it stopped accepting complaints on 20 March 2025 and closed on 20 July 2025. Many sites still carry the dead link; pointing you at a service that no longer exists would be worse than saying so.
